Contact

Deciding to change takes courage. If you’re ready for some healing and growth, I’m ready to help.

To make an appointment or ask a question, please call 253-315-2595 or use the contact form below.  I try to return calls within 24 hours. Messages left in the evening or over a weekend will be returned the following business day.

Because therapists can be difficult to reach by phone, it can save a lot of time if you can give as much information as possible in your message. If you are calling or emailing for the first time, these items will be especially helpful:

  • Your name, phone number, and email (If you’re leaving a voicemail, please spell out your name and your email)
  • Type of therapy you are interested in (Adult, youth, Trauma-Focused CBT, dreamwork, EFT/Tapping, etc.)
  • Availability for appointments (Particular windows of time that work for you)
  • How you heard of me (Personal referral, Google search, Psychology Today, etc.)

Cold feet?

Attending therapy for the first time can be anxiety-provoking. I understand that anxiety and avoidance are natural, and I ask for your respect by letting me know a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your appointment time if you are not intending to come. (Note that cancellations for Monday appointments must be received by noon on the preceding Friday.) You can do this by voicemail at 253-315-2595. Late cancellations and no-shows for the first session will be billed the full session fee.

You don’t have to stay in pain. It would be my honor to support you on the path to relief.
